T-Mobile Found Guilty: Sign the Petition Tell T-Mobile to stop breaking the law

On March 18, T-Mobile US was found guilty of breaking the law. T-Mobile’s illegal nationwide employment policies helped create a corporate culture that prevented workers from even talking to each other. Judge Dibble ordered the company to rescind its illegal policies and inform all 46,000 employees about the verdict and the policy changes.

To date, the company has not followed the judge’s orders.

T-Mobile has been a serial violator of workers’ rights and the law-breaking continues. On the heels of the decision, the company is facing two additional hearings for unfair labor practices and more charges are pending.

T-Mobile’s annual shareholder meeting is June 2. The company just announced that it gained more than 1 million customers in the first quarter of 2015. As consumers and shareholders, we can put pressure on the company to do the right thing.

Now is the time to tell the company: There is no excuse for breaking the law!

Sign the petition to demand that T-Mobile abide by the law: “T-Mobile, follow the judge’s orders and revoke your illegal corporate policies and inform your employees you will stop breaking the law!”
